WP1 Management/Dissemination

WP1 will handle program management for the administrative part, and consolidate the overall technical roadmap, specifications and Work Packages coordination on the technical side. It will monitor progress and also take care of creating a synergie between partners enabling the maximization of the project impact. It will monitor and enhance the dissemination of results as well as external communication to the scientific and industry community.
Objectives :
Overall coordination of the development activities with the required compliance to all requirements for ECSEL projects; Overall management and coordination of the dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
